Services

We are available for face to face appointments in our office Mon-Fri during business hours. However, if you are unable to meet in person we have many clients who prefer to just communicate through telephone and email. We will work around your schedule and your preference.

Once we receive all necessary tax papers we can commence work immediately in order to get your tax return back to you for your review in a timely fashion. Ultimately since every scenario and individual is different, turnaround times range from 7-10 days to as short as 3 or 4.

For those clients due either a Federal or State refund you have the option for direct deposit into a checking or savings account at no additional charge.

When calling our office during business hours you can be assured your call will be answered by one of our staff and you will never be forwarded to an answer service. If someone is unable to take your call we will return it promptly.

Tax Season: We are available 7 days per week and extended evening hours Mon-Thurs for appointments. Please call or email to set up an appointment and we will work around your schedule and make the process as easy as possible.

We use quickbooks pro for data entry which will provide us with the ability to produce the necessary documents and tax strategies that suit your business needs.

Each business has its own needs and requirements. Payroll tax filings are a service we provide if necessary.
